Our Story
Alissa Spears was born and raised in Australia and is a proud graduate of the University of Western Sydney. Soon after her arrival in the United States, Alissa decided to acquire her Texas Real Estate License; little did she know at the time, that this decision would mark the beginning of a remarkable story.
Alissa’s mission was to pursue her real estate career with a commitment to honesty, professionalism, and community engagement. She has always had the belief that, to stay at the forefront of any industry, one must continue to learn and be engaged with changes and new ideas.
For twenty-four years, Alissa’s dedication to her profession and community has been apparent with her volunteerism on boards and associations. That dedication led to the decision to create Spears & Co Real Estate in 2016; a company anchored in integrity, cutting edge marketing, knowledgeable agents, and professional staff, all with a community-minded drive. Instead of being sales-focused, she set out to deepen relationships. It did not take long for Alissa’s leadership to solidify Spears & Co at the top of the real estate market.
To this day, Spears & Co remains the top agency in Aransas County and serves hundreds of families annually with its full-service brokerage. When she isn’t leading Spears & Co Real Estate, Alissa enjoys spending time with her husband Sam, and her son Lochlan.
