I tried selling my home 4 previous times with 4 different agents before finally finding Alissa. I gave her an impossible task (“I want to sell this house by the end of the year [2 1/2 months]”). On top of that, it was a difficult (after-hurricane) market and mine was a difficult (historic) home needing a specific buyer. She gave me great pricing advice, and we received an offer in ONE WEEK! But the job didn’t end there, as the buyer also presented challenges and the negotiation was difficult.
