Born and raised just outside of Victoria, Brock is no stranger to the coastal bend area. Much of his family is involved in the ranch and cattle industry and for the last twenty-two years, he’s enjoyed all that Texas has to offer, especially his hobbies of bow hunting and fishing. From the hill country to the brush country, and all along the coast.

Since 2015, Brock has worked alongside his father in the construction industry building upscale residential homes all across Texas– many of which include ranch and coastal homes.

Since 2017, Brock has worked with two development companies, including the rural subdivision Sendera Estates in Victoria, and the new Sunset Shores development in Rockport on the waters of Salt Lake.

In 2020, Brock graduated from The University of Texas, where he discovered his call to the world of real estate. After briefly returning to Blanton Builders, he is now working with Spears & Co. to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals of owning a piece of what he calls “The Texas Dream.”
