Lisa McCoy is the latest addition to Spears and Company Real Estate, and she couldn’t be more excited about it! Lisa feels so blessed to be living and working in Rockport-Fulton, the charm of the Texas Coast.
Lisa grew up in Rockport-Fulton and graduated from Rockport-Fulton High School. She went to Texas A&M University in College Station where she graduated from the Mays Business School with a degree in Accounting. After graduation, she moved to Houston where she worked in public accounting and corporate finance for 15 years. After the birth of their daughter, Lisa created, ran and franchised an online baby boutique which still thrives today. Her transition into real estate was a natural one. Lisa’s Dad was a local agent and broker for many years. She knew she would follow in his footsteps one day!
Lisa’s husband, Dave, works for a banking services company. Their daughter, Carlee, is attending Texas A&M in College Station, majoring in Education. She wants to teach kindergarten after she graduates. Lisa and Dave are members of the First Baptist Church of Rockport-Fulton . Lisa teaches kindergarten Sunday School, and Dave leads the church’s safety team. Lisa is also a member of the Aransas County Master Gardeners. When they aren’t working or volunteering in the local community, Dave & Lisa enjoy traveling, playing golf, and spoiling their little girls—a Shih Tzu, Cali, & a Shetland Sheepdog puppy, Ella Kate.
