Career:
Trelawney Jess (Cervi) Dominguez (born October 2, 1981) in Norman, Oklahoma is an American
real estate agent, design coach, blogger, gardener, wife, and mother. Trelawney began working
in real estate in Oklahoma, with her family in Oklahoma at a young age. The Cervi Family is
known for development, custom home building, remodeling, residential, commercial, and
ranching real estate in Norman, Oklahoma. Go Sooners!
Her family has been great source of inspiration and knowledge in the formation of her love for
real estate. Her mother is an interior and garden designer and has supported her father in
creating a family business in real estate.
In 2021 Trelawney began to pursue a career at Spears and Co Real Estate after retiring from a
13-year teaching career. Her first year she sold over a million dollars and has continued to sell
over a million every year at Spears & Co Real Estate. She has participated in residential, land,
and commercial real estate transactions. Trelawney’s ultimate real estate goal is to support
clients in Rockport and in addition to working with her family’s real estate business in Norman,
Oklahoma. She is currently working to obtain her Oklahoma Real Estate License.
Early Years & Education:
Trelawney grew up and was raised in Norman, Oklahoma. She grew up playing competitive
Norman Fury soccer and dancing. She attended Norman High School North she participated in
Soccer, Pom, Marketing and Spanish Club. She also studied Spanish abroad in Cartago, Costa
Rica. She attended the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa
Gamma Sorority and has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in
Advertising and Design. She also received a minor in Spanish and studied abroad in & Cartago,
Costa Rica & Guadalajara, Mexico. After attending OU, Trelawney began a career at Oklahoma
Sports Science and Orthopedics in their Marketing Department and working for Calvin Johnson,
MD. She was longing to live near the beach Trelawney decided to move to the Texas, to pursue
a teaching career. Trelawney was hired the day she interviewed in Aransas Pass ISD. She loved
teaching kids to read and was able to work with an innovative team of teachers. She also taught
one year in Rockport Fulton ISD, formally known as Aransas County ISD. She then stayed home
for several years with her two young children and developed a Women’s Fishing Apparel Brand
called Smooch. Trelawney was asked to return to teaching and answered God’s call to return to
the classroom. She returned to teach Kindergarten and Prekindergarten and was blessed to
have the opportunity to be the classroom teacher for both of her sons. Trelawney loved her
team and the students and stayed teaching another 6 years before retiring in May of 2021.
Then as soon as school let out for summer Trelawney joined Spears & Co Real Estate as a
Realtor.
Community Involvement:
Trelawney sits on the local board for Rockport Fulton ISD Education Foundation (RFEF). She
worked on the 2023 Tis the Season Symphony Committee, helping to raise over $100,000.00 for
the RFISD Education Foundation that supports, teacher grants, and student scholarships for
Rockport Fulton ISD.

She recently joined the RFEF Development Committee and is working on developing the first
RFISD Education Foundation Annual Campaign of giving to support Education Excellence for
Rockport-Fulton Independent School District.
She also is a committee member for SBDM for Live Oak Learning Center and DEIC. She works as
a community business liaison between the Rockport Fulton ISD and the community. She loved
volunteering her time to support students and Education.
Trelawney is an active member of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Ingleside, TX.
Personal life:
Trelawney loves Rockport and has called it home for over 17 years! Soon after moving to the
Texas Coast to teach, she met her husband and has made a life here with Jesus “Jesse”
Dominguez, a fifth generation Rockport native. They have three children who attend Rockport
Fulton ISD. You will constantly see Trelawney driving back and forth through town picking up
and dropping off kids for practices and events. She loves to garden, cook, and can be caught
shaking up Margaritas in her home, while spending time with her two Cavalier King Charles
pups Henry and George. Trelawney and Jesse love to entertain family, friends, their children’s
sports teams, and neighbors in their home. When Jesse and Trelawney are not running after
kiddos they love to go fishing and relax at the beach. Trelawney loves to travel and affinity for
architecture and home & garden design. Trelawney believes that every day is a gift, and each
moment should be lived to the fullest!
Conclusion:
Trelawney believes the home is a place to recharge and refill all the goodness that exists is
within us. It is a place to entertain company and depending on your season of life can be a hub
of excitement, or a sanctuary for relaxing. She knows that for so many people, it is the largest
investment they make in their life. Home is where families spend the most important moments
of their lives. Therefore, it is especially important for her as a former teacher, to pay attention
to the details, pivot, when necessary, help clients reach their goals, and be innovative and
