Kelly Blackwell has been visiting Rockport for years and can finally call Rockport her permanent home. She has many relatives here and has always loved the area. She has two sons and a husband that love to fish, so this is a great fit for the family. Kelly was born and raised in Austin, TX and graduated from Lanier High School. She then went to Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos where she earned her BBA in Marketing and graduated summa cum laude. She worked at Dunn & Bradstreet after college and then moved to the Cuero/Victoria area where she worked for American Glove & Safety and the American Cancer Society. She has been working in Cuero for the last 15 years in education as a Homeless/Foster Liaison. Her hobbies include walking, swimming, decorating, and traveling. She has always been interested in real estate and loves working with people. She is very excited about helping people find their dream home!
